| A student never appears in the grid | Check that ① the teacher and student PCs are on the same network, ② the client is running on the student PC, ③ the firewall is not blocking the console’s traffic, and ④ the student PC is not still pointed at a different server it chose earlier. |
| It says full view / remote control is limited to one student | Both features work with one student at a time. Select a single student and try again. |
| Some features are greyed out | The selected student does not support that feature, is offline, or is briefly restricted because screen sharing is in progress. Change the situation and try again. |
| Wake-on-LAN does not work | The target PC’s MAC address must be registered (it has to have connected at least once), it must be on wired LAN, and WoL must be enabled in its BIOS. It is not supported over Wi-Fi. |
| A command sent to an offline student had no effect | Live commands such as restart, shut down and screen sharing only apply to students who are online. Only Wake-on-LAN works on an offline machine. |
| Screen sharing quality or smoothness disappoints | Adjust the method, resolution and interval under Settings > Screen sharing. A wired LAN is more stable than wireless. |
